Self-care and Me
From time to time finding time for ourselves isn’t always easy. Like many women, putting myself first doesn’t come naturally. Whilst working full-time, with 2 children, a home to run and all family members having full-on social lives, time for myself was at the bottom of the pile. Also, doing things just for me made me feel guilty and uncomfortable. I felt frazzled and at times I wasn’t always a nice person to be around!
I became burnt-out which led to me being ill. Whilst ill, I looked for small, consistent actions I could take every day that would help me to feel more positive about myself and my life. Having routines around self-care was key.
Use the pages in this bundle to put steps in place and create a routine of activities that help you to put yourself and your needs on your to-do list now!
