Twice a year I host in-person workshops and retreats. These are now also available online.
Each event is designed to be supportive and encouraging and you are in the company of other like-minded women. You will discover tools and strategies to help you make positive and empowering changes to your life.
Location
Venues are located around Warwickshire and as some are now run online, you can join in from the comfort of your own home. To allow opportunities for sharing, the number of participants at each workshop is kept to only 6-8 ladies.

- Exploring techniques to re-ignite YOUR enthusiasm.
- Practising different ways of helping YOU to feel energised mentally and physically.

- Self-care – for mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing
- Finding time for you – how to carve time out of your busy day for your needs
- Start your journey to a calmer mind – switching off with meditation for beginners.
- Relaxation techniques – for mental and physical relaxation

Your Own Private Workshop

Choose from journaling, self-care, meditation, relaxation techniques, and reflexology for self-care. It makes for a fun session with your friends and you are investing in your health and wellbeing by learning a new skill too!
These events are designed for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 ladies and are great for special birthdays, anniversaries, leaving parties, finishing a big project, a promotion, passing an exam or just because you want to spend some time together to laugh and learn.

Journaling Workshop – January 2024
In my opinion, journaling is one of the best self-care tools you can use. All you need is a pen, some paper and a willingness to want to explore your thoughts and feelings and how they affect your actions.
So on 26th January 2024 at The Mill Business Centre in Tamworth, I’ll be running a journaling workshop.
